Why is my child clumsy?

There are number of reasons why your child is clumsy. The most common causes are that your child is pigeon toed or out toe. The muscles of the body will try and correct the pigeon toeing or out toeing during gait. It is when the muscles get tired that the child reverts to increased pigeon toeing or  out toing which can cause the child to trip over.
